My Story
Genna’s love for residential design truly took off during the pandemic, when she and her husband bought a fixer-upper. With a long list of projects ahead and two young children, she took on the design - transforming their home room by room. That hands-on experience sparked a deeper passion for creating personal, meaningful spaces - especially children’s rooms! She enjoys being directly involved in the decision-making process and having full creative ownership from start to finish. Most of all, she loves getting to know each client—their style, their goals, and their vision—and helping them bring it all to life in a way that feels authentic and livable.
With over a decade of experience in the interior design world, Genna brings a warm, collaborative approach to creating personal, livable spaces. She began her career in commercial interiors but found her true passion designing homes—starting with renovating her own home, and growing through word-of-mouth projects for friends and family.
Genna’s style blends coastal, vintage, and modern elements with playful color, layered texture, and one-of-a-kind pieces. She believes a home should feel personal, collected, and lived in—not overly polished. She designs with real life in mind, balancing function with beauty and creating spaces that work hard for families.
Clients often describe her as approachable, responsive, and fun to work with. Whether starting from scratch or refining your vision, Genna brings clarity and creativity to each step—through mood boards, samples, and thoughtful sourcing.
She hopes every client walks away not just with a beautifully designed home, but with a sense of ease and excitement about what’s next. And yes—she’s the kind of designer who will happily detour for an estate sale, obsess over the perfect fabric swatch, and spend hours hunting down just the right light fixture to complete a space.
